DOMINO ARCHITECTS
Platform founded by Yusuke Oono in 2016. Attempting to connect both design practice and theory to history and context, Domino Architects’ designs consider the links between information and matter, digital and analog, high-tech and low-tech. Our activities span a wide range of fields including architecture, interiors, product design, research and planning and development, taking form through collaborations with various teams.
Yusuke Oono
Founder of Domino Architects. Born in Hamburg, Germany. Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, followed by a Master’s degree, at the University of Tokyo. Established Domino Architects in 2016, having worked for Carrilho da Graça Arquitectos (Lisbon) and Noiz (Tokyo/Taipei). Adjunct professor at Tokyo University of the Arts since 2011.
